About Melissa
Melissa Stelzle is a Licensed Realtor specializing in Luxury Residential and Commercial property transactions, including sales, investment acquisitions, and leasing. Originally from Connecticut, Melissa moved to Florida in 2002. Melissa embarked on her career in Luxury Residential and Commercial real estate in 2006 and has successfully helped her clients purchase, sell, and lease many properties over the years. She has assisted clients with their personal residential properties, helping their families upsize or downsize successfully, listing their homes, and transitioning buyers into their new homes. Melissa has worked with clients transitioning from out of state, primarily from Connecticut, New York, and Georgia, as well as clients overseas. Her broad experience includes working with commercial investors on their sales & leasing portfolios. She has expertise in Tampa Bay’s investment, office, retail, multifamily, and industrial markets. In addition to real estate, Melissa is a leader with Heels to Heal, Inc., a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence receive necessary resources for healing in the Tampa Bay community. Working with a committed team of volunteers, she spearheads the Annual Fashion Show Fundraiser each year, which supports the Heels to Heal Crisis Counseling program and provides free crisis counseling services to victims in our community.
